Interesting New Game Experience

Interesting New Game Experience

It’s enjoyable to come across iPhone games that can give you a novel experience. I recently came across one that has been doing pretty well in the app store called One Single Life by freshTone Games. It has a feel similar to Canabalt, perhaps the developers took advantage of the source code that Semi Secret Software released.

The twist of the game is simply that you have one life. Miss one jump and the game is goes to an end screen from which there is no return (unless you delete it and re-download). It really adds a unique element of stress to the experience. I recommend checking it out. It’s fun to play and inspires thinking up new app ideas.
